Lighthouse Canton secures USD 40 million in strategic funding led by Peak XV Partners

Global investment institution Lighthouse Canton has announced the successful closure of a USD 40 million strategic funding round, led by Peak XV Partners with participation from Nextinfinity, the investment holding company of Shyam Maheshwari, Founding Partner of SSG Capital (later Ares SSG). Existing investor Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has reaffirmed its commitment by continuing to support the firm’s next phase of growth.

The investment marks Lighthouse Canton’s first external fundraise in its decade-long journey of independent expansion. Founded in 2014, the company has grown organically to manage over USD 5 billion in assets across Singapore, India, the UAE, and the United Kingdom.

The newly raised capital will be utilized to enhance the company’s technology infrastructure, attract senior talent, and expand its product offerings across public and private markets. The funding will also enable Lighthouse Canton to scale operations regionally and explore new high-potential markets.
