ITC Infotech, a global technology services provider, has inaugurated a new Digital & AI Engineering Hub in Riyadh, marking 15 years of the company’s operations in the Middle East and reinforcing its long-term commitment to the region.

The hub was inaugurated by Sanjiv Puri, Chairman and Managing Director of ITC Ltd and Chairman of ITC Infotech, underscoring the company’s strategic focus on Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East as key growth markets.

Designed to help enterprises accelerate digital transformation, the Riyadh hub will focus on digital engineering, AI-led innovation, cloud services, automation and platform-based solutions. Through these capabilities, ITC Infotech aims to enhance organisational agility, improve operational efficiency and scalability, and deliver measurable business outcomes for customers across the region.

Vishal Kumar, President and Regional Head – MEA, India and APAC at ITC Infotech, said the expansion reflects confidence in the region’s digital growth trajectory. “Our expansion in Riyadh demonstrates ITC Infotech’s long-standing commitment to the Middle East.
