Innesskirk Global successfully conducted the Blue Mindset Workshop for senior leaders in HR on 15th June 2015.

The workshop was packed with 8 participants from organizations including the largest retail organization in the Middle East and India, the largest e-commerce site in the Arab world, a multinational Public Safety organisation, a global regulated equity crowdfunding platform and a major Indian multinational in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services, with global operations. Participants included Regional Training Manager, DGM HR, Manager HR, Corporate Retail Training, Manager - Training among others.

The participants shared that not only did the workshop provide a great opportunity for self-development and networking, but also met the below identified objectives:
- Understand different mind-sets and how they influence personal and business effectiveness
- Become aware of your personal mind-set and how this influences people around you
- Understand how to effectively change behaviour in any organization
- Understand how to build a BlueMindset for success, in individuals, teams, business units, small and large organizations

A Blue Mindset Assessment is administered online for each participant prior to this workshop. The workshop is a great opportunity for self-development and gives participants a feel for Innesskirk Global' unique service offering.

Participants from the workshop shared that it was also a great place to network with leaders from their industry. Leaders in HR spend a lot of time and effort in ensuring training and employee engagement across the organisation. Yet often their own development takes a back seat due to packed schedules.

Owing to an overwhelming response and on request from prospects and clients we are conducting the next Blue Mindset Workshop on the 20th of August in Dubai from 9.00 to 1.00 including lunch.
