Infracorp Launches AED 600 Million California Residences in Wadi Al Safa, Dubai

Infracorp has officially launched sales for California Residences, a new AED 600 million residential development located in the heart of Dubai’s Wadi Al Safa. This master-planned community, designed around the principles of green living and family-friendly living, became available for purchase on June 11, 2025.

Strategically positioned near key landmarks such as Global Village and directly opposite IMG Worlds of Adventure, California Residences offers a diverse mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, villas, and townhouses. The project’s handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
