ImkanS Makers District to Give Abu Dhabi its new Heart

Makers District, an 18-hectare masterplan advancement on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, was today revealed as a new waterfront community being designed specifically to grow imagination through household, hospitality, commercial and retail area.

The-Artery will sit at the heart of Makers District and is the initial building to be unveiled by IMKAN, an Abu Dhabi-based property developer.

An innovative flexible art area that will provide makers a place to both produce and display their work, The-Artery will cover 26,000 square metres and is a multi-use structure that incorporates manufacturers area with a parking lot.
