Dubai-based real estate developer HRE Development has appointed Mohammad Al Sari as its new Chief Executive Officer, as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and expansion.

Al Sari previously served as the company’s Chief Development Officer and brings more than 20 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector, with expertise spanning property development, wellness-focused design and architectural excellence.

His appointment follows a period of continued growth for HRE Development, including the delivery of its Skyhills Residences 1 project six months ahead of schedule under his leadership.

Focus on Early Delivery and Quality

Al Sari has established a reputation for treating early project delivery as an operational priority rather than simply a marketing advantage. His approach places emphasis on project execution, quality control and delivering developments that meet the expectations of both investors and end users.

Mohamed Adib Hijazi, Chairman of HRE Development, said Al Sari’s appointment represents an important milestone for the company and that his leadership will support its strategic growth while strengthening its focus on purpose-driven, high-quality developments.

Al Sari said his objective in the new role is to take HRE Development to its next stage of growth while continuing to develop premium projects in some of Dubai’s most sought-after communities.

Infrastructure to Shape Investment Opportunities

In addition to overseeing the company's development strategy, Al Sari highlighted the potential impact of Dubai's expanding infrastructure network on the city's residential property market.

He expects major infrastructure projects, including the planned Dubai Gold Line, to increase the investment appeal of residential hubs such as Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) and Meydan.

According to Al Sari, improved connectivity and infrastructure could bring these communities into greater focus among international property investors as Dubai continues to expand.

HRE to Maintain End-to-End Construction Oversight

As CEO, Al Sari will also lead HRE Development's in-house construction arm, HRE Contracting and Construction.

The division oversees key stages of project execution, including design, procurement and final handover. The company's vertically integrated approach is intended to reduce reliance on third-party contractors while maintaining greater control over quality, timelines and project delivery.

The developer said this operational structure will remain central to its strategy as it expands its portfolio across Dubai.
