Hi-Tech Concrete Products, a subsidiary of Trojan Construction Holding, has signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi International Pre-Cast Plant (ADIP) to manage and operate a group of precast production facilities in Al Ain, reinforcing support for infrastructure and construction projects across the UAE.

The agreement was signed during the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2026 (ADIS 2026) by Samir Koblawi, CEO of Hi-Tech Concrete Products, and Hamad Al Shamsi in the presence of Ahmed Al Shamsi.

Under the agreement, Hi-Tech Concrete Products will take full operational responsibility for ADIP’s precast manufacturing facilities in Al Ain. The facilities include several production plants spread across approximately 179,878 square metres.

The partnership will focus on overseeing plant operations, strengthening production capabilities, and managing future projects linked to the facilities. The initiative aims to improve operational efficiency, increase production output, and deliver long-term value for infrastructure developments in the UAE.

Samir Koblawi said the agreement represents a strategic move to strengthen the company’s integrated construction ecosystem by expanding its footprint in the precast manufacturing sector.

He added that the company intends to leverage its expertise to optimise production efficiency and meet the increasing demand for high-quality precast solutions required for major infrastructure projects across the country.

Hamad Al Shamsi said the collaboration with Hi-Tech Concrete Products would help maximise the operational potential of the Al Ain facilities while supporting future development and performance improvements.

The agreement highlights both companies’ commitment to advancing the UAE’s industrial and construction capabilities while supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects through operational expertise and resource optimisation.
