Conceived in Germany to Greek parents, Chef Niko has been seeking after his zeal for cooking since he was 14 years of age. Having studied in The Culinary Institute in Heidelberg, his career has taken him around the universe. Just as serving at imperial weddings, he has been praised for his achievement in spreading Greek food worldwide, recently being granted the renowned title of Ambassador for Greek Gastronomy.

During the ‘Royal Affair’ Chef Niko will present a variety of culinary pleasures dependent on chosen dishes from the Royal Wedding Menu with a mix of local produce. Visitors will also be welcomed to an evening cocktail reception hosted by the General Manager Dagmar Symes, and for those going through the night, a selection of in-room signature courtesies made by Chef Niko will finish off the experience.
