ENOC Honours Employees' Competence, Commitment, Achievements at Awards Ceremony

Employees of the ENOC Group were recently recognised at the Group's annual award event for their distinguished efficiency, campaign and dedication. Employees were additionally acknowledged for championing the Group's core values and for accomplishments that have obtained honor from external parties.

Gone To by Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group Chief Executive Officer of ENOC, together with ENOC's senior executives, an overall of 110 employees were honoured for their long work service with the group and 15 employees were granted for their excellence in performance and engagement.

The ENOC Elite Award assesses employees on five standards: efficiency and success, effort, co-operation with others, participation and duty and supervisory capabilities. Entries are examined by an independent and outside analysis panel, where workers show their capacity to get over obstacles, contribute to improving productivity and high quality, introduce to create profits, lower prices and enhance customer satisfaction.
