Emirates NBD, a leading banking group in the MENAT region, has announced the global expansion of its renowned Ruwad graduate programme in partnership with APIX Singapore (APIX), a premier FinTech collaboration platform. This strategic alliance marks a significant milestone for Ruwad, now in its fourth year, known for attracting the UAE's top talent and propelling them into leadership roles within Emirates NBD.

Ruwad stands out for its unique approach in nurturing Emirati graduates into future leaders. The programme offers participants an accelerated leadership journey by immersing them in Emirates NBD's key strategic projects and providing them with a 12-month secondment at top-tier partner organizations like Visa, KPMG, Avaya, and Mastercard. Moreover, with the addition of APIX Singapore as a global partner, Ruwad graduates now have the opportunity to gain international exposure and contribute to APIX's transformative FinTech partnerships and innovations.

Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBD, expressed delight at the programme's expansion, stating, "This exceptional opportunity allows our best Emirati graduates to explore an international work culture and gain invaluable insights into the FinTech partnerships reshaping banking globally and at Emirates NBD."

The Ruwad programme admits a select cohort of approximately 20 Emirati graduates annually, chosen from top universities in the UAE and worldwide.
