Dutco and Sweid & Sweid Unveil Terralogix — Dubai’s Largest Privately-Owned Logistics Park
In a landmark move that underscores Dubai’s growing prominence in the global logistics sector, Dutco and Sweid & Sweid have jointly announced the launch of Terralogix, the emirate’s largest privately owned logistics park. Strategically located in Warsan, Northern Dubai, the massive 3.3 million square foot development is poised to become a vital logistics hub supporting Dubai’s vision to rank among the world’s top five Grade-A logistics centers.
Designed with flexibility and scale in mind, Terralogix will address rising logistics demands in underserved areas of Northern Dubai, diversifying the city’s supply chain infrastructure, which has long been centered in the south. The park's modular infrastructure and adaptable leasing model allow businesses to scale operations efficiently or build custom facilities to meet specific operational requirements.
“Terralogix will be developed by Dutco and Sweid & Sweid — two UAE-based firms with a strong heritage and proven track records,” said Maher Sweid, Founder and Managing Partner of Sweid & Sweid. “This joint venture combines Dutco’s diverse industry expertise with our commitment to high-quality, institutional-grade real estate development. Together, we are delivering a landmark project that will drive the evolution of Dubai’s industrial and logistics sector.”
Phase One of Terralogix is already under construction and is scheduled for completion by Q3 2026. The project has been designed with proximity to major highways and immediate connectivity to Dubai’s airports and seaports, providing seamless access for logistics operations across the UAE and beyond.
“As the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 accelerates toward doubling the city’s economy by 2033, logistics and trade play a central role,” said Nelson Gibb, CEO of Dutco Group. “Terralogix directly contributes to this ambition by adding significant capacity to a sector experiencing high demand and limited supply.”
This initiative reflects a strategic response to the rapid growth of e-commerce, regional trade, and last-mile delivery services, all of which are placing increasing pressure on Dubai’s logistics infrastructure. With Terralogix, Dutco and Sweid & Sweid aim to provide scalable, future-ready logistics solutions to meet the needs of businesses across various industries.
