The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Center for Judicial Studies in Egypt, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening regional partnerships, exchanging expertise, and advancing judicial excellence in line with international standards and best practices.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of Her Excellency Judge Dr. Ebtisam Ali Al Bedwawi, Director General of DJI, and His Excellency Counsellor Dr. Magdy Salama Diab, Assistant Minister of Justice for the National Center for Judicial Studies, along with senior representatives from both institutions.

The agreement focuses on enhancing institutional cooperation in the judicial sector through joint training programs, knowledge-sharing, research collaboration, and specialised legal studies. It also places particular emphasis on emerging legal issues and the coordination of digital training initiatives, aimed at fostering a flexible and adaptive judicial environment across the Arab world.

H.E. Judge Dr. Ebtisam Ali Al Bedwawi said: “At the Dubai Judicial Institute, we prioritise strengthening cooperation with our regional partners. We are delighted to sign this MoU with the National Center for Judicial Studies, one of the region’s leading institutions. Through this collaboration, we aim to launch initiatives that enhance knowledge exchange, address contemporary challenges, and contribute to advancing justice in the Arab region.”

The MoU underscores the shared vision of both institutions to build sustainable programs that support the professional development of judicial authorities, consolidate the values of justice, and promote excellence in legal practice.

This partnership also aligns with DJI’s broader strategy of forming strategic alliances with leading judicial and training entities in the Arab world, reflecting Dubai’s vision of building a forward-looking judicial system that embraces innovation, flexibility, and technological advancement.
