The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) is launching its advanced customer-centric smart services to enhance the customer experience and show their satisfaction at GITEX Technology Week 2019. The exhibition takes place from October 6-10 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

In keeping with our commitment to support the current smart transformation of government services, we are pleased to showcase our solutions in the 39th edition of the program in Dubai, Comply with our brilliant leadership mandates to complete smart transformation by 2021. This change is characterized by the adoption of best standards and practices that ensure the safety and happiness of customers, while strengthening the position of Dubai and the UAE as global leaders in the quality of government services.

By participating in GITEX 2019, DGW aims to raise awareness among customers, supported by interactive features that reduce turnaround time, simplify procedures and improve the status of the workshop as a leader in vehicle fleet management.

DGW is demonstrating a variety of services this year, including Smart Vehicle Inspection System at GITEX this year, which accelerates vehicle inspection and reduces human errors. The system uses the hands-free audio system to achieve the highest possible quality in the inspection process and saves time and effort when entering employee data on computers or mobile devices. In addition, the workshop also showcases its new website, which offers many e-services that effectively address the needs of customers and facilitate access to workshop services. It includes an electronic auction system that allows customers to participate in DGW auctions online.
