A delegation from the General Secretariat of Dubai Executive Council has briefed Dubai Customs on Dubai Plan 2021, which was launched in 2013 by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Executive Council. The meeting comes as part of a series of visits DEC undertakes to government entities to get them fully acquainted with the plan.
