Abu Dhabi-based place-maker, IMKAN, does strides in the construction of Le Carrousel; a mixed-use plan located on the Moroccan capital, Rabats, beautiful waterfront.

A high-end stop on the coast of the capital city; development of Le Carrousel started early this year with its first stage due for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

The 300-million-dirham production contract for the first stage was given to SOGEA MAROC, the subsidiary of the French Group Vinci, who has been committed to creating the residential areas, seafront stroll including over 40 retail terminals across the waterfront development.

A key player in the Moroccan construction industry, SOGEA MAROC has achieved the earthworks of the Le Carrousel design and has started putting the foundation of the development.

The projects original residential apartment is also under construction and is on track to be delivered by September 2020.

Along with the developments first phase on record for conclusion in 2022, the French production company has seen all milestones delivered conveniently so far as per IMKANs construction pipeline.

As part of the health and safety measures in place to fight the spread of Covid-19 in Morocco, the Le Carrousel building site has been implemented with all of the required safety and hygienic protocols followed with local government regulations.
