H&H has officially launched City Tower, a 93-storey mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road, marking its full completion and readiness for leasing from June 2026.

Positioned near the Dubai International Financial Centre, the development introduces a new vertical neighbourhood concept, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces within a single integrated address.
