Careem, the region's leading ride-hailing service, introduced today the appointment of Nuzhat Naweed as Vice President of Customer Experience. Naweed joins Careem from Germany-based fashion e-commerce giant Zalando, where she was responsible for guaranteeing customer experience was a key differentiator for the platform. Previously, Nuzhat operated in the UK as Head of Modern Technology and Digital Experience at ASOS where she led personalisation and commitment, and before that goinged the digital transformation at BBC Worldwide where she was in charge of the experience of consumer-facing brand names such as Leading Equipment and BBC Global iPlayer.

Nuzhat holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Cardiff and a Masters in Modern Technology Aston University in the UK.
