Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 23 January 2019: Free trade licence and visas with Emaar Homes bought in Dubai. Sounds insane? Well, this is true.

Emaar in partnership with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has launched around 200 apartment units in Dubai Hills Estate.

As per the announcement from the authorities, customers paying 20 per cent of the apartment price qualify to receive a free three-year renewable business licence, a free three-year renewable family residency visa and 100 per cent business ownership. This is targeted especially to the favour of entrepreneurs and SMEs. The announcement is expected to create waves in the industry in no time as it proves to be.

A one-bedroom apartment would cost below DH1 million while two-bedroom cost between Dh1.2 million and Dh1.6 million. The building is expected to be ready by 2021.
