Bahri Fleet Continues to Grow with the Addition of 45 th VLCC

Bahri, a global leader in logistics and transportation, today approved the delivery of 'Khurais,' a Large Crude-oil Service Provider (VLCC), additional enhancing its market-leading abilities in petroleum transport. The brand-new addition brings the total amount variety of the vessels in Bahri's fleet to 92 and is the 4th of 5 VLCCs to be gotten this year from South Korea-based Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries (HSHI), the world's largest shipbuilding company.

'Khurais' was delivered at a ceremony held at HSHI's Mokpo shipyard in South Jeolla District, South Korea, on 10 April 2018. Capable of moving 2 million barrels of crude oil, the 300,000-DWT service provider is the 9th of 10 VLCCs bought from the South Oriental shipbuilding company as part of Bahri's critical long-term maritime growth and development plan.
