Lighting control systems at Azizi Developments include motion sensors for all common areas, such as corridors and lobbies, where reduced lighting levels are set at no more than 25 per cent of the normal when unoccupied. Moreover, kitchen appliances across the projects are selected with higher energy-star ratings in compliance with requirements of sustainability. Additionally, the wiring accessories and other electrical components used by Azizi Developments are from leading market manufacturers, who are increasing the use of recycled materials in their products, with a low environmental impact, that uses natural building materials and products, and reusing non-toxic materials in their manufacturing, for example.

Harvesting the condensate water from Air handling Units (AHU) and using it for irrigation purpose is another step taken by Azizi Developments towards the adoption of sustainable practices. Using efficient water fixtures, which reduces water consumption by 30 to 40 per cent, such as Dual flash WC, has proven to be a very effective way of water usage, along with using a metering system for public areas to measure and control water consumption.
