Italian national Pierluigi Mazza is taking on his new role as Restaurant Manager, starting November 07th, at the popular and truly authentic Italian Restaurant Certo, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City.

Pierluigi grew up in Campania, a picture perfect region in Italy, well known for their spectacular stretch of coastline along the Tyrrhenian Sea, but also for some remarkable Italian delicacies, such as: Macaroni, Pizza Napoletana, Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese or Tomato Sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes.

Pierluigi discovered that his real passion belongs to food and hospitality while studying for his degree in tourism management in Italy.
Having 10 years of International experience in the hospitality industry, Pierluigi is joining the team at Certo Italian Restaurant from Milan, where he was the Restaurant Manager at the busy Fratelli la Bufala restaurant in the heart of the city.

Adil Souate, F&B Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City says Pierluigi has worked in various restaurants in Italy and his international experience will be a great asset to the Certo team. In his role, he will be implementing exciting promotions and dining concepts and ensure the high service standard Certo is well known for under his leadership.
