Saudi Arabia’s evolving food and beverage industry will take centre stage at The Saudifood Show 2026 and Saudifood Manufacturing 2026, with 14 awards set to recognise companies driving innovation across products, packaging, manufacturing, sustainability and smart production.
The two events will be held from September 27 to 29, 2026, at Jeddah Superdome, bringing together the consumer-facing and manufacturing sides of the Kingdom’s food ecosystem. The organisers say the co-location is designed to connect the full F&B value chain, from ingredients and production technologies to finished products and distribution.
14 Awards to Recognise F&B Innovation
The awards are divided into two complementary programmes the Saudifood Excellence Awards 2026 and the Saudifood Manufacturing Innovation Awards 2026.
Together, they cover a broad spectrum of the food industry, recognising innovations ranging from consumer products and packaging to manufacturing technologies, operational improvements and sustainable production solutions.
Saudifood Excellence Awards Add Two New Categories
The Saudifood Excellence Awards 2026 will recognise exhibitors whose products demonstrate quality, originality, innovation and consumer appeal.
The programme features eight categories:
- Best Beverage Product
- Best Dairy Product
- Best Health & Wellness Product
- Best Innovative Packaging
- Best Saudi Made Product
- Best Snack Product
- Best Sauce, Condiment or Preserve Product
- Best Ready-to-Eat Product
The two latter categories are new additions for the 2026 edition, reflecting the expanding range of products competing for attention in the region’s F&B market.
Manufacturing Awards Put AI and Smart Production in Focus
The Saudifood Manufacturing Innovation Awards 2026 will focus on technologies and companies advancing food and beverage manufacturing through digitalisation, sustainability and operational innovation.
Its six categories include:
- AI & Smart Manufacturing Innovation
- Best Ingredients Innovation
- Best Processing Innovation
- Best Packaging Innovation
- Sustainable Company of the Year
- Made in Saudi Innovation of the Year
The introduction of the AI and Smart Manufacturing category highlights the growing role of digital technologies in improving food production, automation and operational efficiency.
Awards Reflect a Changing Food Value Chain
The organisers said the two programmes reflect the growing convergence between product innovation and manufacturing transformation across Saudi Arabia’s food ecosystem.
Beyond recognising winners, the awards are intended to give exhibitors an opportunity to showcase their capabilities, strengthen their industry profile and demonstrate solutions contributing to the development of the F&B sector.
Saudifood Manufacturing itself covers areas including ingredients, processing, packaging, supply chain solutions, control and automation, while The Saudifood Show focuses on sourcing, products and connections across the wider food and beverage market.
Shortlisted Entries to Be Announced in September
Shortlisted entries are expected to be announced in the third week of September, after which finalists will advance to a live judging round.
The winners will be announced on the second day of the shows, adding an awards programme to the wider three-day industry showcase.
More Than 1,000 Exhibitors Expected in Jeddah
The co-located events are expected to bring together more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 95 countries and more than 25,000 industry professionals.
The organisers position the Jeddah edition as a platform connecting food production, manufacturing, sourcing, trade and demand in one location.
The Saudifood Show describes its 2026 edition as a new chapter in Jeddah, while Saudifood Manufacturing is positioning the event around the Kingdom’s food manufacturing ambitions, including production expansion, efficiency, supply-chain development and localisation.
Saudi Arabia’s Food Industry Enters a New Phase
With product innovation, smart manufacturing, sustainability and local production increasingly interconnected, the 2026 editions are set to provide a platform for businesses seeking to demonstrate how technology and innovation can reshape the Kingdom’s food sector.
The events will take place at Jeddah Superdome from September 27–29, 2026, bringing together the complete F&B value chain under one platform.
