Aloft Hotels, the next generation of travellers brand from Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) has launched Live at Aloft Hotels Spotlight Series. As part of the brands global music programme, each Aloft Hotel will invite a local, up-and-coming artist to create music-inspired experiences for guests, fans and visitors over the course of a month. The programme will kick off at Aloft Brussels Schuman and conclude at Aloft Liverpool, set to open in October 2014 in one of the hottest music scenes in Europe.

Opening their doors to fresh music perspectives, Aloft Hotels will team up with cutting-edge style musicians in Abu Dhabi, Brussels, Bursa, London and Liverpool. Through Live at Aloft Hotels Spotlight Series, music enthusiasts and hotel guests will have the opportunity to join these talents in interactive workshop sessions, on-location artwork creations and stripped-down live performances.

Live at Aloft Hotels Spotlight Series: Aloft Abu Dhabi

Formed in 2012, Hollaphonic is an electronic music duo based in Dubai, UAE, comprising Greg Stainer and Olly Wood. Their 1st single I Dont Want It To End was released in Feb 2013 and A listed on all national Radio stations and went straight to No.1 on iTunes. In March 2014, the duo was rewarded with Best Dubai Act at the honorary Time Out (magazine) Dubai Night Life Awards.

Were looking forward to performing in Abu Dhabi and making Aloft guests spend an incredible time with our sounds! We rarely play in the capital and its great to be able to do that now as part of this years Spotlight Series said Greg and Olly.

Hollaphonic will be performing live for the official launch of Spotlight Series on 8th October from 8 PM to 1 AM at Relax@12 terrace and again on 23rd October from 8 11 PM at Mai Caf.

On top of the music performances, the Spotlight Series programme at Aloft Abu Dhabi also features a live street art performance (October 10th ) and DJ and production workshop (October 22nd).
