Al Masaood Automobiles wins the prestigious Renault Global Partners Award, P.A.R.I.S. Challenge

Al Masaood Automobiles, Abu Dhabis best car dealership and distributors of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault, has been titled as the champion of the 2019 edition of theRenault Global Partners Award, P.A.R.I.S. Challengethe most distinguished accolade for car dealerships granted for outstanding performance in Sales and Aftersales-tapping into new market segments, posting an improvement in sales volume and giving the company's trademark touch of distinction in customer satisfaction.

Renault Abu Dhabi was known as the best performing Renault dealership in 2019 internationally for marking Year-on-Year progress to strengthen the French auto brands position as evidenced in its achievement of 40 per cent sales increase in 2019, resulting in an improved market share of 1.4 per cent in the Abu Dhabi market. The company exceeded other Renault dealerships from around the globe.

This great milestone is credited to the successful efforts to revamp Renault's brand image across the Abu Dhabi market-adopting a solid re-formulated marketing approach focused on regionally based retail and fleet customers. Also, Renault Abu Dhabi's Sales and After Sales teams showed strong loyalty and dedication in attracting new clients, bringing in new customer demographics to the brands client portfolio, and supporting the business through various offerings and value-added services. As a result of their efforts, the last two years have seen Renault Abu Dhabi's posting of original performance levels despite testing market situations.
