Kuwait, 4 December, 2014: Seizing the exhibition as a platform to strengthen its promotional endeavors in the Gulf market, Al Maabar Jordan recently announced its plans to participate in the inaugural edition of Cityscape Kuwait, which will be held between December 7 and 9 at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds. Al Maabar will join a number of prominent regional and global real estate companies for the event, which aims to connect real estate developers and brokers with the Kuwaiti investment community.

By participating in Cityscape Kuwait 2014, Al Maabar aims to showcase its two projects in Jordan. The first of these is Aqabas Marsa Zayed project, one of the largest mega mixed-use development project envisioned in the region, which is slated to comprise an eclectic array of hotels, recreational and touristic facilities, shopping centers, financial and commercial centers, and numerous marine elements, including two kilometers of newly developed waterfront, marinas for boats and yachts, and a modern cruise ship terminal. The company will host a dedicated stand at the exhibition to allow visitors to explore the investment opportunities and residential offerings at Al Raha Village, the first residential neighborhood at Marsa Zayed, which boasts an idyllic location on the southern edge of the project, overlooking the Red Sea.
The other project being carried out by Al Maabar in Jordan is The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, which blends timeless elegance with a modern, urban lifestyle. During Cityscape, the company will introduce attendees to the investment opportunities and residential offerings at The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, the first private, branded residences available for purchase in Jordan.
