Al Ansari Exchange waives money transfer fees for donations sent to aid victims of the Taal Volcano eruption in the Philippines

Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE-based foreign exchange and international money transfer company, has declared that it has waived the fund transfer charges throughout all of its branches, for money donations being sent to relief organizations in the Philippines. The move is part of the companys efforts to aid and support victims of the Taal Volcano eruption, which forced hundreds of local residents to evacuate their homes, causing a huge displacement of residents in affected villages.

RashedAl Ansari, General Manager of Al Ansari Exchange, said, This initiative displays our harmony for the Philippines and its people with the intention to support the ongoing relief efforts and provide help to those affected by this crisis. Through our branches that spread throughout the UAE, donors can send and donate money to Filipino relief organizations like the BDO Foundation, the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, the GMA Kapuso Foundation and the Philippines Red Cross, besides paying remittance fees.
