Advanced Electronics Company will present its recent power alternatives at the World Energy Congress in Abu Dhabi

Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) today announced its participation in the 24th edition of the World Energy Congress (WEC) in Abu Dhabi which is scheduled for 9 12 Sept. It is organized under the sponsorship of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE as part of the pavilion for Saudi Arabia.

As part of its participation in the triennial event organized by the World Energy Council, AEC will present its wide-ranging portfolio of innovative, effective and sustainable power alternatives such as its integrated Smart Meters and advanced Smart Cities Solutions. The company is also looking for the possibilities of new industry collaboration to speed up the localization of Saudi Arabias domestic energy sector, promote the transfer of technology, and create a highly qualified talent pool in line with the directives of the Saudi Vision 2030.

AEC president and CEO, Abdulaziz Al-Duailej stated: "The World Energy Congress offers a strategical platform for showcasing our cutting-edge technology and systems as an unparalleled meeting place for policymakers, company officials and specialists in the energy industry. Including embedded Smart Meter and Smart Cities solutions, AEC will introduce visitors to its recent technologies and unmatched energy-savings capacities.

AEC's Smart Meters offers clients with an in-depth view on how to use their energy to decrease their operating costs, by using advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), which helps to assess, collect, evaluate, and optimize energy use.

The 2019 edition of WEC, which was introduced in 1924, marks the first time the event is held in the Middle East and North Africa region and it seeks to unite global energy stakeholders, including governments, private and state corporations, academia and media. With a 40,000-sqm exhibition space, the Congress is anticipating over 15,000 participants, more than 250 high-level speakers, 70 ministers, and 500 CEOs.
