7X and Abu Dhabi’s Department of Government Enablement sign MoU to integrate WAYN on TAMM platform

7X, the UAE’s leading trade, transport, and logistics holding group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi, represented by TAMM, the emirate’s unified government services platform. The agreement aims to strengthen shared digital infrastructure, improve service accessibility, and advance Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation goals.

Under the partnership, the two entities will integrate WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box service, into the TAMM platform. The integration introduces a secure and innovative correspondence solution that enhances digital identity for individuals and companies, enabling them to receive messages exclusively from trusted entities. WAYN also features smart archiving and categorisation tools, ensuring efficient access to documents, secure storage, and protection from fraud and spam.

The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials from both sides, reflecting the UAE’s ongoing efforts to drive national-level collaboration and enhance digital government services.

Enhancing smart services and delivery systems

Beyond correspondence services, the agreement opens new opportunities to integrate digital postal and parcel delivery solutions within the TAMM platform. Both parties will explore the inclusion of the National Network for Logistics (NXN) and its services in TAMM’s customer centres, while 7X’s logistics arm, EMX, will support last-mile delivery operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service across the emirate.

Advancing Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation vision

Commenting on the partnership, Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, said:

“Our collaboration with the Department of Government Enablement marks a pivotal milestone in expanding the scope of smart digital services and reinforcing postal and courier services as a cornerstone of both government and commercial ecosystems. Through WAYN’s integration on TAMM, we’re enabling individuals and companies to securely manage correspondence and track parcels anytime, anywhere — a step that aligns with the UAE’s comprehensive digital transformation goals.”

H.E. Dr Mohammed Abdul Hamid Al Askar, Director General of TAMM, added:

“This partnership with 7X underscores our shared commitment to advancing Abu Dhabi’s digital infrastructure through integrated solutions that enhance customer experiences and reinforce the UAE’s position as a global leader in government innovation.”

Supporting the UAE’s connected digital future

The signing of the MoU represents a significant step in national collaboration to shape the UAE’s digital future, highlighting how institutional partnerships are driving smart transformation across public services and daily life.
