Dubai’s running community is gearing up for the Skechers Performance Run, a vibrant community race taking place near Meydan Hotel on 1 March. Designed as a fun day out for the whole family, the event offers multiple race categories catering to runners of all fitness levels. Participants can choose from 3km and 5km family-friendly courses, while those seeking a tougher challenge can opt for the 10km or 16km distances. Traffic-free route with race-day atmosphere Runners will take to the traffic-free roads of Meydan, supported by pulsating music and strategically placed water and aid stations to maintain hydration and energy throughout the race. At the finish line, participants can collect their official t-shirt and medal by presenting their race bib, along with refreshments to round off the experience. Ticket categories 3km, 5km and 10km (Junior): AED100 3km, 5km, 10km and 16km (Adult): AED140 The event promises an energetic atmosphere, making it an ideal weekend activity for families, fitness enthusiasts and seasoned runners alike.
