Decoding Data Science Hosts UAE's Largest Agentic AI Builder Challenge, Drawing 110 Participants

Community demo day and live finals held at Astrolabs, JLT Dubai, crown three winners from a field of ten finalists

Decoding Data Science (DDS), a Dubai-based AI education and community platform with over 194,000 members across 50+ countries, today wrapped its Agentic AI Demo Challenge, one of the region's largest hands-on AI builder events to date. The challenge drew 110 participants building real, working AI applications, culminating in a live final at Astrolabs, JLT Dubai, where ten finalists demoed their projects in front of the DDS community.

The challenge ran across both online and offline tracks, allowing builders from across the UAE and internationally to participate remotely before the top submissions were invited to demo live in Dubai. Finalists built agentic AI applications spanning healthcare, compliance, HR automation, and enterprise tooling — reflecting the practical, production-oriented style of building DDS is known for within the region's AI community.

Three winners were named following the live finals:

1st Place: Bushra Zareen — ProSight AI

2nd Place: Adam Ahmed — Zynth

3rd Place: Ajoy Ganguly — CarePilot

“What stood out this year wasn’t just the number of participants — it was the quality of what people shipped,” said Mohammad Arshad, Founder and CEO of Decoding Data Science. “We had builders solving real problems in healthcare, compliance, and enterprise workflows, not just demos for demos’ sake. That’s the shift we’re seeing across the AI community here in Dubai — people are moving from learning about AI to actually building with it.”

The Agentic AI Demo Challenge is part of DDS's broader builder-first ecosystem, which includes the AI Accelerator Bootcamp, AI Residency program, and a free 194,000-member AI community spanning more than 50 countries.
