OSN brings live action of the celebrity-led Indian Super League

OSN, the regions leading pay-TV network, is now bringing to its subscribers the live action and excitement of the new Indian Super League football championship, which has generated tremendous fanfare and excitement with the matches attended by their celebrity team owners and fans.

From cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly to Bollywoods leading heroes Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and John Abraham as team owners, the inaugural Indian Super League has kicked off on an upbeat note.

The event has also generated international interest with the participation of a number of marquee players including Italian footballers Marco Materazzi and Alessandro Del Piero, Swedish player Freddie Ljungberg, Englands David James and Frances Nicolas Anelka, among others.

OSN will bring all the live action of the Indian Super League matches featuring eight teams playing home/away matches through the final on December 20, 2014. All the 61 matches will be broadcast between OSN Sports 1 HD and OSN Sports 4.

Co-promoted by IMG-Reliance and Star India, and supported by All India Football Federation (AIFF), the Indian Super League 2014 has eight teams: Atltico de Kolkata, Chennaiyin FC, Delhi Dynamos, FC Goa, Kerala Blasters, Mumbai City FC, Northeast United and Pune City FC.

In the coming days, football fans can look forward to Atltico de Kolkata taking on Delhi Dynamos FC, while the North East United FC fights out FC Goa on Oct. 19. Chennaiyin FC will face Kerala Blasters FC on Oct. 21, while FC Goa will play against Atltico de Kolkata on Oct. 23. The Mumbai City FC vs North East United FC match is on Oct. 24, and on Oct. 25, Delhi Dynamos FC will play against Chennaiyin FC. On Oct. 26, join the excitement as FC Pune City will play against FC Goa.
