Empower and ELIPS renew ISO Certifications

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower), renowned as the world's largest district cooling services provider, along with ELIPS, its subsidiary specializing in pre-insulated pipes and thermal solutions, have successfully renewed their ISO certifications. The certifications include Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018), and Information Security Management System (ISO 27001:2013).

The renewal underscores the steadfast commitment of both companies to adopting best practices, standards, and management systems for quality, environmental sustainability, occupational health and safety, and information security. These certifications are a testament to their dedication to providing top-notch services while adhering to international standards.

Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower and Chairman of ELIPS, emphasized their commitment to providing high-quality services that align with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Moreover, Empower reaffirmed its compliance with local and international legal requirements on Occupational Health and Safety through the renewal of ISO 45001:2018 certification. Information security is another priority for Empower, reflected in the successful recertification of its Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001:2013.
