Innesskirk Global successfully conducted the Blue Mindset Workshop for senior leaders in HR in May 2015.

The workshop was packed with 10 participants from organizations including the largest telecom operator in the UAE, a large electronics retail chain, a leading multi-line insurance provide, a leading player in Oil & Energy, a fast growing bottled drinking water company and leader in business analytics software and services. Participants included CHRO, CEO, Head of HR, HR Managers, Group Head Learning and Vice President L & D among others.

The participants shared that not only did the workshop provide a great opportunity for self-development and networking, but also met the below identified objectives:
- Understand different mind-sets and how they influence personal and business effectiveness
- Become aware of your personal mind-set and how this influences people around you
- Understand how to effectively change behaviour in any organization
- Understand how to build a BlueMindset for success, in individuals, teams, business units, small and large organizations

A Blue Mindset Assessment is administered online for each participant prior to this workshop. The workshop is a great opportunity for self-development and gives participants a feel for our service offering.

Participants from the workshop shared that it was also a great place to network with leaders from their industry. Leaders in HR spend a lot of time and effort in ensuring training and employee engagement across the organisation. Yet often their own development takes a back seat due to packed schedules.

Owing to an overwhelming response and on request from prospects and clients we are conducting the next Blue Mindset Workshop on the 15th of June '15 in Dubai from 9.00 to 1.00 including lunch.

The attendance is by invite only for senior leaders in HR across the UAE.
