DEWAs womens sports team wins Duplays 5-a-side football tournament

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)'s ladies's sports team preceded in the 5-a-side football competition organised by Duplays, the UAE's largest organiser of recreational sport leagues and amateur sports competitors. HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, commended the accomplishment by the team, as well as the efforts of DEWA's Woman's Committee.

The competitors was held from 22 January to 15 February. DEWA's Women Sports Team beat Air Conditioning Milan, achieving a score of 10-0, and Barcelona with a score of 7-5, 6-2 and 6-1. The group beat Marvels, with a score of 5-1, and tied with Marvels and Air Conditioning Milan 1-1 in different matches.
