The Palace Downtown Dubai, the five star premium property of The Address Hotels + Resorts, is all set to make another glitzy appearance in a much-awaited Bollywood film, Ki & Ka, organised by Event Brokers.

Directed by R. Balki, the director of superhit films Cheeni Kum, Paa, English Vinglish and Shamitabh, is shooting a part of his new film Ki & Ka in Dubai starring Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor, among an ensemble cast.

A gala event was hosted by the hotel in collaboration with Event Brokers to celebrate the making of Ka & Ki. Held at The Viewing Deck, overlooking spectacular vistas of The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, an elite crowd were invited to mingle with the movies main stars with Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and R. Balki in attendance.

A significant portion of the film will be shot across the assets of Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai including at The Palace Downtown Dubai.

The popular hotel was chosen as a key shooting location for its distinct Arabesque architectural features and being centrally located in Downtown Dubai, described as The Centre of Now.

The Palace Downtown Dubai is one of the favoured spots for film shoots with several Bollywood movies already shot on site. Many celebrities, dignitaries and other high profile guests have established the property as their preferred place to stay when visiting Dubai.
