Four seasons Hotel Riyadh in the Kingdom Center has announced the appointment of Leonardo Concezzi as Food and Beverage Director. The Italian-born culinary master will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the hotel's three distinctive restaurants with its substantial banquet operations.
With a career over three decades and many countries, CONCEZZI brings to the table extensive experience in the luxury dining industry. His international journey began at the age of 19 when he left his home country to work as a cook in Miami, USA. Concezzi's natural talent and dedication to his craft soon opened the door to many exciting opportunities, which led to his entry into the luxury hotel industry in 2000.
Since then, he has honed his knowledge and skills at a renowned 5 star property in Australia, the Bahamas, Italy, Thailand, Morocco, Turkey, Syria, and the United Arab Emirates. Her time in the Middle East provides a valuable opportunity to get acquainted with local favorites and culture.

Starting new ideas and opening new restaurants has been a common theme throughout Concepci's life, and her talents have been recognized by numerous awards, including a prestigious Michelin star during her tenure at the Torre de Calucci Restaurant in Bologna, Italy. While working as an executive chef in Sardinia in 2009, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay recommended Leo to open Gordon Ramsay in Forte Village. Also, as a guest chef, he has been invited to create special menus for many renowned restaurants around the world.

Concezzi studied at the prestigious Institute Alberghiero di Spoleto in Perugia, Italy, where he earned a hotel management degree in the culinary arts and related services. In his spare time, he enjoys long distance running, kite surfing and reading.
