Vidas Portable Gourmet Station Hits Downtown Dubai
Vidas Portable Gourmet Station, also known as the Vida Food Truck, is the ground-up restoration of a 1960s Airstream that offers a delectable twist on everyday classics. Airstreams are synonymous with a carefree, laid back lifestyle and this is reflected on the menu offered. Choose from R-rated Mac n Cheese; ceviche & popcorn pita; bunny chow and smoked brisket served on Chefs Hot Buns.
The food truck offers meals served on the go as well as boutique catering for up to 50 people with beach chairs and picnic tables also provided. Stationed on the courtyard outside The Pavilion Downtown Dubai, it is open from 11am to 11pm daily with main menu items priced at AED 40, desserts starting from AED 15 and beverages at AED 10.
