Union Properties (UPP) has today revealed a new masterplan for its flagship MotorCity development in Dubai with a completed value of more than AED 8 billion. UPP has also authorized a contract with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), one of the world's largest construction firms to build the new mega development. The news were made on the very first day of Cityscape Global 2017.

The new MotorCity masterplan will certainly include 44 new high and low rise buildings, more than 150 suites, and a large range of property, commercial, amusement and hospitality centers. It is expected to include more than 11,500 property systems, around 3000 serviced homes, 3,500 hotel areas, and an overall of 46,000 square metres of retail room and more than 300,000 square metres of workplace.
