Standard Chartered Bank partners with Uber

Standard Chartered Bank and Uber announced today a collaboration that provides all Standard Chartered credit cardholders in the United Arab Emirates as much as 20 percent cashback for all Uber trips internationally.

Cardholders in the UAE will get 20 percent cashback on all Uber rides internationally based on a cashback cap of AED 175 each month when a minimum of AED 2000 in retail spends are done on the credit card, per calendar month. This is the first ever multi-market collaboration for both Basic Chartered Bank and Uber, the world's most popular transport app and becomes part of the Bank's regional roll out of innovative digital suite of services for clients.
