Smart Dubai showcases happiness agenda and roadmap for world's happiest city in Dubai Customs

Smart Dubai Office (SDO) held an introductory meeting at the headquarters of Dubai Customs, throughout which H.E. Dr. Aisha Bint Butti Bin Bishr, Director General of SDO, showcased the Smart Dubai Happiness Agenda, which follows systematic and science-based approaches to allow Dubai City to create the opportunities that would result in happiness across the city by allowing its residents and visitors the ability to access services in a 24/7 simple, effective and convenient method, therefore creating a high level of complete satisfaction and happiness in their life.

The meeting comes as part of SDO's roadmap to implement the Happiness Agenda, the SDO being the entity charged of leading Dubai's change to a smart city and at the same time aiming to attain people's happiness in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, making Dubai the happiest city in the world through utilizing technology innovations. At the same time, Al Tayer revealed his pleasure at receiving the SDO delegation, highlighting Dubai Customs' support for the tactical goals of the Happiness Agenda initiative, which was introduced by the SDO and represented a roadmap for making Dubai the happiest city in the world in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

He pointed out that Dubai Customs is striving to keep its leading position with respect to bringing happiness to its consumers and workers, especially after it had actually secured the top location among Dubai government entities in the general happiness meter at 95 per cent, according to the happiness meter initiative introduced by the SDO early this year.
