As part of their five-year contract, the company will handle all maintenance of the current and expanded asset, including everything from specialized infrastructure systems to operational components such as security and wallet services.

The mall is the result of a visionary collaboration between Gulf Connect and Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure (MREI), and following the recent expansion, it now offers more than 1.8 million square feet of leased space. As a key distribution partner, Sergo offers development-related support services, including 270 indoor and outdoor stores, 70 dining areas and home entertainment options such as cinemas, urban parks and children's play areas. With more than 400,000 visitors in the first few days, with press and audience applause, the Galleria has already established itself as one of the busiest and highest quality retail destinations in the Middle East.
