Reignwood Group And Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Announce Plans For Luxury Hotel And Private Residences At Ten Trinity Square, London

London, September 2014: Multinational investor and developer Reignwood Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts today announced plans to breathe new life into Ten Trinity Square, one of Londons most iconic buildings, by transforming the property into a luxury hotel and residential development.

Following a meticulous restoration by a team of experts commissioned by Reignwood, the former Port of London Authority building has been redeveloped as part of a vision to establish one of the most exclusive addresses in London. With 98 guestrooms and suites, the site of Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will also include 41 private residences Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons as well as a private members' club.

History of Ten Trinity Square
Overlooking the Tower of London, with views across the River Thames and Tower Bridge, the Grade II* listed Ten Trinity Square was originally designed by noted architect Sir Edwin Cooper and opened in 1922 by Prime Minister David Lloyd George. Aside from its origins as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority, Ten Trinity Square also hosted the reception for the 1946 inaugural meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
