Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City has welcomed guests back following its seasonal summer pause, marking the start of a new dining season with a special three-day offer.

From September 3 to 5, 2026, guests dining at the award-winning restaurant will receive a complimentary glass of French bubbles as part of its seasonal reopening.

The restaurant’s return coincides with the start of a new dining season in Dubai, as residents and visitors return to the city and its restaurants following the summer period.

Pierre’s TT brings the culinary vision of celebrated French chef Pierre Gagnaire to Dubai. Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino leads the kitchen, with a menu focused on contemporary French gastronomy, creativity and precision.

Thomas Schmelter, Area General Manager for IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City, said the restaurant’s reopening comes as Dubai’s dining scene enters a new season.

He said Pierre’s TT has established a distinctive position within Dubai Festival City’s culinary offering and that the welcome gesture was intended to show appreciation to returning and new guests.

Restaurant Earns Further Industry Recognition

Pierre’s TT enters the new season following further recognition from the hospitality industry in 2026.

The restaurant received Three Toques from Gault&Millau UAE and won Gold in the Best Restaurant – Fine Dining of the Year category at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards 2026.

Guests can choose from the restaurant’s à la carte selection or experience its signature five-course Menu Découverte, priced at AED 590 per person.

The menu offers a contemporary interpretation of French flavours, reflecting Pierre Gagnaire’s culinary approach and the craftsmanship of the restaurant’s kitchen team.

Waterfront Setting Overlooking Dubai Creek

Located on the promenade level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Pierre’s TT combines contemporary interiors with a waterfront setting overlooking Dubai Creek.

The restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined environment for guests looking to experience contemporary French dining in Dubai.

As part of its return for the new season, guests dining at Pierre’s TT from Thursday, September 3, to Saturday, September 5, are being welcomed with a complimentary glass of French bubbles.
