The Hotels newly renovated Pool and Beach Grill restaurantis the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy weekend meal, with its laid-backsetup inspired by sea tones such as turquoise and bright, deep greens. The nautical theme extends to the weave on chairs, outdoor ropes, stainless steel and wood finishing, echoing the luxurious yachts found in the adjoining marina.

Star dishes on the menu include Omani lobster, wagyu beef burgers and braised lamb shank slow-roasted for 10 hours until it falls off the bone.
