Palma Development wins multiple honours at Arabian Property Awards 2025
Palma Development, a pioneer in the UAE real estate sector, has earned international recognition at the Arabian Property Awards 2025, securing accolades in all three categories it entered. The awards highlight the developer’s commitment to blending architectural excellence with lifestyle-focused community design.
Two of Palma’s landmark projects were distinguished at the ceremony. Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah received the award for Apartment/Condominium Development Dubai, while West Residence in Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands won in the Residential High-Rise Development Dubai category. In addition, the West Presidential Penthouse at Serenia Residences The Palm earned recognition for Residential Interior Apartment Dubai.
These honours build on Palma’s earlier successes, including La Mer Private Home being named Best Luxury Single Family Home at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025. Together, they reinforce Palma’s position as a leading developer of some of Dubai’s most prestigious residential properties.
