Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Omniyat showcased its Dorchester Collection waterfront residential portfolio at the Monaco Yacht Show this year, underlining the city’s growing reputation as a hub for ultra-luxury living and yachting.

The developer presented its portfolio at a dedicated pavilion at Le Port Hercule, attracting an international audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and investors. As part of its activities, Omniyat hosted a gala evening at the Yacht Club de Monaco on September 26, featuring a performance by superstar DJ BLOND:ISH. Guests were introduced to Omniyat’s vision of premium waterfront living and its latest residential projects managed by Dorchester Collection.

Showcasing Dubai as a yachting hub

Dubai is steadily emerging as a regional yachting hub, drawing yacht owners to its Arabian Gulf waters and favorable climate. At the Monaco showcase, visitors explored the Dorchester Collection Dubai Residential Portfolio, featuring architectural icons across Palm Jumeirah and Marasi Bay. Attendees also engaged in one-on-one consultations with Omniyat’s real estate experts to gain investment insights.

Expanding ultra-luxury credentials

Omniyat has strengthened its presence in the luxury segment with landmark developments such as One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, which set records for sales value at launch. This was followed by projects including AVA, ORLA, and The ALBA, each offering distinctive waterfront experiences.

In partnership with Dorchester Collection, Omniyat is also spearheading the transformation of Marasi Bay into a high-end waterfront destination, anchored by a private marina, yacht club, and island.

Growing demand for waterfront residences

Interest in Marasi Bay developments has been robust, with The Lana and Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai—the developer’s first hospitality property managed by Dorchester Collection—now fully sold out. Focus has shifted to upcoming projects VELA and VELA Viento, both offering access to Marasi Bay’s luxury amenities.
