His Excellency Hamad Buamim, PCEO of Dubai Chamber, stressed that giving and benevolence are vital to the tradition of Emiratis and are integral characteristics that underpin the work of the government, with this strategy mounted via the founding father, the late His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, "May God relaxation his soul."
