The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) was granted the European Innovation Administration Requirement TS 16555 (CEN/TS 16555-1-2013) qualification, provided by Lloyd's Register, UK, for carrying out an incorporated innovation management system in accordance with the worldwide qualification's needs.
The certificate, which is the leading worldwide credential for innovation-friendly management systems, identifies the Ministry's efforts to advertise imagination as a core tenet of corporate society. This, in turn, resonates with the regulations of the wise leadership to establish the UAE as one of the most innovative nations in the world. The Ministry had also applied plans and methods to promote political engagement amongst all sectors of society, along with improving sychronisation in between the government and the Federal National Council to the advantage of UAE citizens.
The Ministry of State for FNC Affairs was granted the certification in the existence of His Excellency Dr Saeed Mohammad Al Ghafli, the Ministry's Assistant Undersecretary for FNC Matters; and H.E. Sami bin Adi, the MFNCA's Assistant Undersecretary for Assistance Providers Sector; in addition to several department heads and members of the executive innovation group.
For his part, H.E. Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for FNC Matters, praised H.E. Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Avoidance and Minister of State for Federal National Council Matters, on the brand-new accreditation, underlining the significant function that H.E. the Minister's instructions played in boosting operations and understanding the UAE leadership's vision via programs that make it possible for the Ministry to meet the highest possible requirements of top quality and innovation, use advanced innovations to become the government of the future, and lead the region and the world in that field.

The European Innovation Administration Requirement TS 16555 (CEN/TS 16555-1-2013) accreditation is the first of its kind in the world. It describes the needed needs for an innovation administration system within an offered organisation, according to the nature of its work, its strategies and operations.
