At Middle East Energy 2020 Al Masaood Power Showcases Volvo Pentas Latest Diesel Engines For The Power Generation Industry

Al Masaoods Power Division, together with its long-standing international partner, Volvo Penta, is taking part for the tenth consecutive year at the Middle East Energy 2020. Currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Center, and running till the 5th of March, MEE is the regions leading event dedicated to power generation, electrical solutions, and solar solutions.

Located in Sheikh Saeed Hall Stand No. S2.E39, the Al Masaood Power Division is showcasing the Volvo Pentas latest industry-leading power generation engines and for first time in the Middle East, the D8 GE, a compact size engine model designed with the highest-standard of emission levels. The D8 Stage II and IIIA/Tier 3 aspects the latest - technology injection and charging systems with low internal losses supporting outstanding combustion, low fuel consumption and low noise levels.

In addition to the modern version of the D8 engine, the Al Masaood Power Division is highlighting the aspects of Volvo Pentas flagship 16-litre diesel engine, the D16. Through an alternator, the D16 engine can produce up to 800 kVA with tremendous power density, excessive fuel efficiency and low exhaust emission levels. This engine meets the contemporary emission legislation requirements throughout the world.
