Karm Legal met up with Maltas Lex Group to give end-to-end legal counsel for tech entities

From now a hand in hand support will be given for the tech enterprises in the UAE and Malta. This was happened by a great collaboration of Karm Legal Consultants (Karm), a UAE-based legal consultancy firm focusing on corporate, commercial & technology law with Lex Group in Malta. This will be supported by Fintech Solution Ltd, the fintech arm of KSi Malta, Lex Groups DLT and Fintech Partner.

Lex Group, a leading consultancy firms in Malta, will proceed as Karms affiliate in the country. Together, the two entities will swap their extensive repository of legal expertise and knowledge to support their clients, especially in next generation and frontier technologies. Karm partnered with Lex Group to convey on the progressive vision of the UAE leadership to invest and build next generation tech competencies with the country already among the early adopters of advanced technology and digital solutions.

Kokila Alagh, the founder of Karm Legal, signed the collaboration agreement with Dr Andy Ellul, head of Lex Group at a press conference held in Malta. This was pursue by a session with Maltese media, during which Ms Alagh shared insights on Karm and the collaborative work it plans to undertake with Lex Group.
